ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE TO BIDDERS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF APRON A RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT AT THE SEDONA AIRPORT, SEDONA, AZ PROJECT #1320731 Sealed proposals for the construction of the Apron A Reconstruction Contract, Project #1320731, will be received at the Yavapai County Board of Supervisors, 1015 Fair Street, Room 310, Prescott, AZ 86305 until 1:30 p.m., M.S.T., June 12, 2014. The bids will be publically opened and read aloud at 2:00 p.m. M.S.T., on June 12, 2014. This project includes the reconstruction of a portion of the parking apron which generally involves the following: 1. Mill and remove the existing asphalt structural section and tie down anchors. 2. Construct a new pavement structural section for Apron A. 3. Miscellaneous drainage and storm drain improvements. 4. Apply new markings to the project area 5. Remove and replace perimeter fencing. The number of calendar days specified for completion of the work is ninety (90) days. The Contract Documents (consisting of the Advertisement, the Proposal, the Agreement, and the Specifications) and the Contract Drawings are available to be viewed and obtained from www.e-arc.com/az/mesa. The contractor will be responsible for paying ARC Document Solutions for printing and shipping. There is no deposit.
